Digital commerce and technology, built to perform.
Storefronts, marketplaces and the tools behind them. We build the platforms your digital business runs on, then keep them running.
What we solve
Selling online now means running a website, several marketplaces and a set of internal tools at once, each with its own rules and its own way of breaking.
We design, build and manage the platforms that keep your digital business running, so the storefront, the listings and the workflows behind them stay in step.
Where we do the work.
E-commerce Development
WordPress and WooCommerce builds, or a custom storefront where the platform would get in the way.
- Storefront build
- Payment & shipping setup
- Handover documentation
Etail & Marketplace Management
End-to-end management of online sales channels: listings, catalog and day-to-day operations.
- Channel setup
- Catalog & listing management
- Operations reporting
Custom CMS & Websites
Content-managed sites built for speed and search, that your team can actually update.
- Site build
- CMS & editor training
- Performance & SEO baseline
Cloud-Hosted Web Applications & SaaS
Modern web apps deployed on cloud infrastructure. Our own SaaS product, Klick.ing, was built this way.
- Application build
- Deployment pipeline
- Monitoring & support plan
Internal Tools
Custom tools that take the repetitive part of a workflow off your team.
- Workflow audit
- Tool build
- Rollout & training
How an engagement runs.
Scope
Agree what is being built, what it must do, and what it explicitly will not do.
Design
Structure, interface and content model, reviewed before anyone writes code.
Build
Built in stages you can see, with the awkward integrations tackled first.
Launch & Manage
Go live, then stay on for the running, or hand over with documentation.
Work that starts further along.
Xhadow Commerce Launch
A structured program to plan, build and launch an online store, run to a fixed sequence rather than an open-ended build.
A live storefront, the channel and catalog setup behind it, and a team trained to run it.
Recent engagements.

Questions we get asked.
Yes. We start with an audit of what is already there, tell you honestly what is worth keeping, and migrate rather than rebuild wherever rebuilding would only buy you a new set of bugs.
Yes, and most clients take it. Etail and marketplace work in particular is continuous rather than a one-off build. If you would rather run it in-house, we hand over with documentation and training instead.
A platform, in most cases. We recommend custom only where a platform would block something central to how you sell, because custom means you own the maintenance forever.
Scoped per project and agreed before work starts. The variables that move it most are catalog size, the number of sales channels, and how many existing systems have to be integrated.
