AI that works for your business, not just in a demo.
We build AI that makes content, serves customers and saves time. We also run our own AI products, so we know which parts survive production.
What we solve
Most businesses know AI matters but struggle to turn it into something useful. The pilot impresses everyone in the room and then never reaches a customer.
We build AI solutions that create content, serve customers and save time, and we run our own AI products, so we know what works once it is live and what quietly falls over.
Where we do the work.

How an engagement runs.
Identify use case
Find the task where AI actually beats the current way of doing it, and say so when none does.
Prototype
Build the smallest version that proves it works on your real inputs.
Build
Turn the prototype into something dependable, with the failure cases handled.
Deploy & Improve
Ship it, watch it, and keep tuning it against what it does in the wild.
Work that starts further along.
Xhadow AI Film Studio
Our production pipeline for AI ad films, from concept and script through to finished cuts for each channel.
A finished film and its channel cutdowns, produced without a shoot, a location or a schedule to work around.
Xhadow Assist
A customizable chatbot framework, so an assistant starts from a working base rather than a blank page.
A deployed assistant trained on your content, with escalation rules and a review loop.
We do not only build AI for clients. Two of our own products are in the market, which is where most of what we know about running AI in production came from.

What we have been writing.
Questions we get asked.
Far less than a conventional shoot, because there is no location, crew or schedule to align. The exact timeline depends on how settled the concept is when we start and how many channel cuts you need. We scope it per project rather than quoting a number we would have to walk back.
Yes. We label AI-produced work as AI-produced, and we will not pass off a virtual creator as a human one. It is the right thing to do and it is increasingly what platforms and regulators require.
Yes, that is usually the point. We connect the assistant to your own content so it answers from your catalog, policies and documentation. What it may access, and what it must escalate to a person instead, is agreed with you before it goes live.
The saving is real, and it is largest on work that would otherwise need a shoot, a cast or a location. We will not put a percentage on it here, because it depends entirely on what is being replaced. Ask us with a specific brief and we will compare the two honestly, including the cases where a camera is still the better answer.
